COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update

We find ourselves in very uncertain times due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus). As an organisation we have been staying up to date on the latest developments and taking actions to keep our clients, staff and community safe.

We are following guidelines from the Federal and State Governments and the Government’s Health Authorities. We will continue to update you as new information becomes available and keep you informed of the decisions and actions we are taking as a business.

We want to reassure you that it is business as usual at Multiple Solutions. We are available to support you and to deliver Disability Employment Services, with some new protocols and precautionary measures in place.

    • Following social distancing advice, Multiple Solutions has decided to stop all face-to-face servicing with clients. Our offices are closed to the public as of 25 March 2020.
    • Your service will continue as usual. All scheduled meetings with an employment consultant will now be conducted over the phone.
    • There are still a number of industries urgently looking for staff and we will continue to help our clients into work – while taking all necessary precautions.

How can you help?

In this uncertain time, it’s incredibly important that we all do our bit to get through this.

    • If you can, please stay home. If you have recently returned from overseas, have come into contact with someone with COVID-19 or are showing flu like symptoms please self-isolate.
    • Practice social distancing by keeping 1.5 metres between yourself and others.
    • Good hygiene is incredibly important to stop the spread of Coronavirus. Try to follow these good hygiene habits.

Please remember, you are not alone. We know this is an uncertain time for many people, especially when it comes to employment. Your health and wellbeing are of the utmost importance during this time and Multiple Solutions is here to support you. If you have any questions or concerns about the current situation, please contact Multiple Solutions on 1800 053 154.
